The St. Johns County Builders is a council of NEFBA for builders, remodelers and other companies who have an interest in the construction industry, specifically in St. Johns County.
The group discusses, forms opinions, petitions local government, and takes actions on issues facing the construction industry in St. Johns County. In doing so, the council provides members with an opportunity to become involved and take an active role in the events and issues that shape the construction industry in St. Johns County.
Members of the St. Johns Builders Council 2008 board of directors were installed Dec. 8 at the Marsh Creek Country Club, St. Augustine.
The St. Johns Builders Council built a Charity House with donations of materials and labor and entered the home in the 2008 St. Johns County Parade of Homes. Proceeds from the sale of the house will benefit various St. Johns County charities.
The Charity House, a 1,534-square-foot home at 874 Avery St., St. Augustine, was built by the St. Johns Builders Council.
